I have no firsthand experience dealing with them and suggest you to check some alternative.
As I know, cheap VPS deals are provided by Tailoredvps.com web host.
Very Reliable! No problems at all. I feel confident that my sites is up and running at all times.

I believe you should look for reviews on them to make a proper choice. I know Planethoster.net as reliable host with stable fast plans and knowledgeable support team with cheap prices.
