Really attractive server offers are found: $90-150 plans at French company monhosteur.com.
I would like to know if anyone has experience or being more acknowledged can give a feedback of these deals.

You know, hostrail.com is the most reliable site I have been with. The speed connectivity is great as I live in Czech Republic!
Pricing was good and the account was setup promptly with everything I needed. Any questions I had were answered within a couple of hours.

To my mind santrex.net is the most prospective offshore provider, offering much wider opportunities and lower prices than any of the named hosts.

For alternative you may have the decent service from exmasters.com. The provider is offering reliable solutions at the costs I may call affordable.
