Looking to start my own webhosting company looking for the right host

I am sure there are plenty of similar threads like this already. But I think this is a little bit of a unique topic.

I am wanting to start my own web hosting company. Why not right? I have ran my own sites before so I am some what familiar with web hosting. I started out about 5 or 6 years ago, registered a domain with Yahoo! and was hosted by dot5hosting, worst hosting company EVER! Bad customer service 90% downtime you name it. I left and went with surpass hosting. Don't think I had many if any complaints there and have been with Host Gator as of the last few years. Only complaints I have with HG is that this past month or few months I have had billing issues, as other customers. There customer service is ok I guess. No major complaints.

But since I am wanting to open up my own hosting company ( as of now I have no clients) what hosting company would be a good one to grow with? I am not sure how much trouble it is to move from host to host, but when I get going, and I mean really going I would have to have clients down while I am trying to upgrade to a bigger faster host.

I guess I am looking for a good reseller/vps host that has dedicated servers, which i would need in the future. 24/7 tech support is a must. I would like the host to have there own data center. I don't want to go through a 3rd party.

Try using a reseller account and then upgrade to a dedicated server, where WHMCS would be available. It is better to choose the company which would alloe such development.
