Neve used, so cannot tell. For alternative solution source in Europe I may recommend using exmasters.com - the adult oriented host which is though suitable fo other purpose.

You need to check out the user reviews about the server stability as it is the main thing for web hosting. you might also check out list of web hosting provider on Google and compare them.

Better using servers whose stability has already been tested. Fo example the servers of greenolivetree.net which uses the DC o softlayer.

I believe that you should also look at your current usage and double it at least, triple is even better because coming half way through the month and running out of bandwidth is probable the worst thing you can do for your website.
