there are two cheap companies to order the quality service at shared hosting: featured and unlimited marblehost.com and cost-efficient and flexible just199.com. Which would be more reasonable for multiuser blog site?

In my opinion Just199 will be much better option for you.
Their customer support is exceptional.
They offer nice discount coupon code (30p) - gives 30% off the price.

I suppose marblehost.com has more shared hosting reasonability and cost-efficiency. The company is operationg for already long time and I believe it would eb reasonable enough to deal with.

Also recommend an alternative solutions from webintellects.com. The company is the one of the most stableand affordable I know.

Just199 will be much better option - their servers are stable.
The technical support team is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I use them for one site, but keeping my other sites elsewhere for now, till I experience more from them.

Would also get services from marblehost. Nothing complex, but really reliable.

+ vote for just199.com company - it gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.
One of my clients has been extremely and painlessly satisfied dealing with them.
