Is it true that Serverpoint is trustworthy?

I am planning to deal with serverpoint and order one of their dedicated servers.

How stable are them? Can I trust them?

I have used serverpoint.com some time ago. They are very good provider and I haven't had any issue with them.

Why not ask them for a trial period to test the service?

I am sure if you want a dedi then they might offer you something for a few weeks before you commit to something longer.

They have been around a long time which is a good sign as they would have learned from their mistakes. There is a lot that goes into running a campany - something i am beginning to understand and it takes a while to get the balance correct.

I am not saying new companies are bad - sometimes new companies offer great deals as they want and need the business. What i am saying is the established companies have seen it all and that means a lot.

If the company is established and in profit then its unlikely it will suddenly close down and cause chaos for it's clients.

Also bear in mind that in any business you will find clients that just can't be pleased and are a problem and with established companies you will always find someone complaining because they have a much larger client base. So be careful when making your choice and making a decision over a few bad reviews, ect.

Number one rule though - always buy your own domain name!
