I believe that main profit is lower price.

That depends on the domain name. The right strategy is to buy expired domain names that you believe that the owner may comeback to you in future to buy them.

You have to buy valuable and expired domain names, of which you seem the client will return back to you! and buy them from you. while its not a good idea to buy domains in bulk, only if you have useful names, which can be sold later on, you must buy them.,.
