I see that webcs.com has offered many dedis of different configurations but the first free month is valid only for dedis which cost under $100.
The coupon code marchon is available from them.

Those requirements are completely unusual. I would rather recommend looking for quality stable server and not those which are temporary cheaper. Take a look at the dedicated servers offered by glowhost.com and utropicmedia.net and see ho may advantages do these companies have except for being extremely stable and professional.

This all is actually a trick. It is more reasonable to pay full price for a quality service then half, quarter or even a free use of not very good service.

If to name certain hosts I recommend you dedicated servers of bodhost.co.uk.
