It seems to me that BGP Network is the most reliable one?
Just199 uses it and they have no downtime at all.
Does your company use it too?

Level 3 and At$t are also very good.Kvchosting uses it which is more reliable.

Well done by just199.com - I assume that it will be great to deal with the company that does offer no downtime of web sites. As for their pricing, I can express the point that it is competitive.

I think that this host will be a good choice for my client who is looking for cheap Linux shared hosting solution.

This company is low cost and reliable and it's difficult to find such a company.
