I see that allwebnow.com offers dedicated servers with 30% off, do you think it's a good sign?
Would you stick to a such like company?

I would recommend you an another company whose prices are permanently low - santrex.net. They are offshore and thus can alloy customers to host any type of content for lower costs.

Dedis with discounts - sounds interesting for me.
Does allwebnow provide all their servers with a 30% discount?
They have many nice feedbacks of their activity on the forums.

Lower costs which do not need to be discounted are offered by santrex.net and I believe you could have a good solution from this host, which BTW has not content restrictions at all, and offers many specialized accounts.

I have heard many positive feedbacks of allwebnow.com servers in the Internet.
Discounts are welcome always, they make them more attractive.
Their servers work with no glitches and downtime.
