What is the difference between shared e-mail and managed e-mail services?

My brother require e-mail web hosting plan and asked me to find the best place to buy it from. I have found pinellashosting.com and think that it will be secure place for him. Am I right??
What is the difference between shared e-mail and managed e-mail services offered by this company? What will be better to choose?

Email hosting gives you the space for the email accounts only. That is good option if you have your domain name and do not want web site and want only email at the domain name

You are right as pinellashosting.com is the company which has good reputation for providing one of the best e-mail hosting services in the web hosting industry.
According to reviews about this company, they have the ability to fine tune his system for peak performance, install custom software and set up custom network services.
I think he will make the right decision to choose this company.
