What is the best and affordable place for dedicated servers?

I am going to buy dedicated server plan and want to know what dedicated server solution would be better to choose. I have found a wide range of dedicated server solutions at iwhic.com web site.

Dual Xeon 2.8Ghz OR Intel Pentium Core2Duo E6700 2.66Ghz???

The price is between the same, so what would you recommend me to choose?
Can you also give me any reasons of your would-be choice?

I know quality dedicated servers are offered by the companies as exmasters.com (adult specialization of which doesn't make the hosting of usual sites harder) and canadian registrar-host sibername.com. They have the only configuraion, but its seems to be really stable.

Well, I have just looked through iwhic.com web site and got to know that this company offers nice web hosting plans. I can agree with the above post that Dual XEON will be much better choice as it has 2GB RAM and the second month only 1GB RAM.
Their servers can be used for hosting website gaming voip proxy database or any other need under terms of usage.

I would pay more attention to such companies as hqhost.net and sibername.com which are respectful companies with many years of experience and their offer, are very reasonable even being not the cheapest possible to find.
