While I was search the web I have found out that globaltap.com started to offer special on IP blocks.

You know, your IP address consists of Blocks:
For instance,
BlockA.blockB.blockC.blockD = 159.293.203.21

IP block is a set of various c-class IP-addresses given for mostly SEO services.

For such a service it is very reasonable to deal with apeBanned-Keywordts such as aseohosting.com.

IP blocks are nothing but internet protocol blocks

IP blocks for private internet is IPv4 blocks

these are reserved as private address space, specified in the RFC 1918.
