Think the OP needs reselling with quality support and that's why I'd recommend you to have it from webhostgiant.com.
They support their clients in a quality way.
And many other reseller friendly options they offer.

What one, What is it they are using. That is even a bigger question. If its WHMCS go for it - its great and integrated. But do the research on what it is first and its value

I believe each web host has own support desk software. That is obvious. And he is asking about certain web hosting provider
