Thanks, but I intend to use hostingincanada.com service which seems more favourable conditions for the clients, they offer three types of hosting options for Java applications: Shared Tomcat, Private Tomcat and JBoss Hosting and I can choose the one I need. Prices are not high.

What ever you meant javascript is still client side processing.
You write javascript with ASP in a text file with a .asp extension. The ASP is translated and executed by the server the javascript is translated and executed by the client machine. There is no requirement for support of javascript on the server. You do not have to look for it in the cotext of a host server.
