The very similar features are provided by MarbleHost.com: also free domain and also for life.

If I have at least heard of marblehost from different people, than I see the mention of glowhost at first

I am absolutely agree with Entropy and Mike, because Marblehost.com is really suitable hosting company for shared hosting, as it is only focused on it, so they can really meet your requirements concerning shared hosting.
