If you allow your blog or forum to be hosted on the glowhost.com or hostgator servers you will have it working correctly. So I think that it doesn't matter which web host go with.

They do not have separate accounts for "blog hosting" but they enable clients to do this because of haveing needed optimization on their shared accounts, which also include many additional free features.

+1. Downtownhost.com is a great company for specialized hosting. I suppose they have excellent ratio of prices and quality of the services.

Blog/forum hosting in particular from this company is optimized well and works very good, in terms of uptime and resources.
