For example, order V2 plan ($0.49/GB) and get GB rate of V3 plan ($0.39/GB). Just use coupon code 'VBW'. Guess it's very profitable.

I believe that providing this special, Exmasters.com gives their clients chances to have services from them at lower rate.
Think all companies must do the same.
