SiberName.com offers Windows shared web hosting that is to my liking. But one thing I can't get - Unlimited Microsoft Access Databases. Can you tell me how it can be?

I think they are analogous to MYSQL databases that are offered in Linux plans.

The number of MS SQL Databases on SiberName.com Windows package plans depends on the server resources. I mean there are some limits on their usage.
You should read their legal documents to know more about that.

They offer also Domain Access with and without "www" - that means they redirect or what?

I think so, these are aliases and they are usually used for SEO perposes.
Does SiberName.com provide SEO services too? If yes, what are they?

I think that you shouldn't concentrate on the one web hosting company only. In this case I recommend you lookingat other hosts as well.

Does Aspnix.com provide only Windows services?
I see that their prices are cheap and it surprised me as this kind of web hosting services are traditionally expensive.

Have found one more company with windows hosting which seemed to be reliable - gazzin.com.

The prices are reasonable, not too low or too high, and the overall impression is rather positive... Have a look, maybe someone would be interested.

Indeed. Aspnix.com is really good for having a windows hosting from. Narrow specilaization would provide you qualified service, I suppose.

I even do not know if there are any cheaper windows solutions.
