Most people progress down that list. Maybe skip 1 or 2 steps depending how well they are doing.

To start with its always a good idea to start off with a Reseller account as you let someone else worry about the server stability, etc. But you have to make sure you choose a good provider because you are almost relying on them to give you a good reputation. Because if their server goes down your customers will be blaming you.

Benefit of a Reseller account is that if its not going too well you can cancel the account and vanish whenever you want if the venture isn't making any money. If its going well you can progress down your list to expand it.

Terms of sale

One of the servers has x3 months left of its contract after that its month to month, the new owner will inherit this contract and be required to sign a formal agreement in regards to this.

Payment for the auction is to be made within 7 working days of the auction end, payment to be made via cheque or postal order in GBP.
