I have had my site suspended, now for 48 hrs, i have used the ticket system to lodge a request to infrenion for information on the reasons why the site has been suspended as well as sending several emails, so far i have had no reply. When i have requested an update using the ticket no i have been give a message that the system is currently not aviailalble. Can anyone help? i ma running a medium size importing business and rely on my email service every day. How can i get this usless hosting company to sort my problem out if they don't reply?

It is possible that the ticket system has an error which they may not be aware of.
It may also be possible that they are so reliant upon the ticket system that they no longer check their email or have deleted your email thinking it to be spam. If i do not check my email for a few days i have a few hundred emails to go through, most of them spam .

Do you have another form of contact for them?
Like a telephone number? You could also do a whois search and see what contact info they have.

Do you have any idea why they suspended your site? I am not sure what type of hosting packages they offer but some hosts have strict resrictions on the use of certain elements inside a package - these are usually cheap hosting deals.

If they continue to ignore you i would find a new host and upload your files to them ( you have a backup i hope ? ). But give them sometime to get back to you because they may not be aware of any problem.
