MarbleHost.com has datacenters in UK and USA and offer cPanel for their clients. And it looks o'k for me. What looks odd for you, Sesceww?

Guess having two datacenters is O'k. If you have them in different countries, it means you have more clients from those countries as well. MarbleHost.com provids free bonuses as well and think it attacts more clients to their services.

If interested, you can find more detailed info about Marblehost.com datacenters at their About Us page, they say

I have seen that MarbleHost.com provides domain registration services. I wonder if they are ICANN-accredited? Can I use it without having shared web hosting from them?

They offer a free domain name in the package, as well as a free transfer from other companies to them.
Looks like Marblehost.com is an ICANN-accredited registrar.

Anyway you may contact MarbleHost.com directly and find out if they are ICANN-accredited or not. Unfortunately I haven't found any info about that on their web site though they have a lot of entrancing offers.
