From what I know coupon code "free" can always be used for the first month of onthespothosting.net services.
As for myriadnetwork.com search google for 'myriad network coupon', I've seen them at other forums.

Onthespothosting.net has just introduced VPS plan, which might be an option to a reselling plan. I'm not sure if it's managed or not.
If you want to resell, try ahosting.biz plans with their quality support.

Why do you think reselling web hosting from Onthespothosting.net is an option to a VPS? I thought these are two dfferent things.
As for Ahosting.biz - right, they have a quality in-house support.
How much does Myriadnetwork.com's VDS cost?
