Who's got a personal support agent?

I recently read about companies assigning personal support agents to their clients. anybody has it? Can you compare this type of hosting to the regular one where you contact any of the support stuff.

I read about personal suppro agents, but I'm inclined tio think it's more of a marketing strategy than true-to-life situation.

I think it's extremely important to remember that hosting business isn't only about hardware, it's about people ware as well, that's why personalized support is what everybody's ready to pay for. This is what you can find in webhostingbuzz.com services.

You may hire the 3rd party bravely. Usually they helps very much in solving your issues.

Don't really think that addressing server management issues to the third-parties is a good idea. It's quite difficult to find the affordacle company who will provide you the level of service you need.
That's why inhouse support from your mainstream provider is very important. There are lots of companies advertized here, seems like majority of them have their own support stuff. And If I see live chat support among support options, this definitely influences my decision with the host, I mean hosts like 247-host.com and onthespothosting.net.

Do you mean that you use 247-host.com and Onthespothosting.net? Are you the client of these web hosting companies?
