I need minimum (5 -10 GB space) for Linux hosting with minimum mbps unmetered or 100 to 150 GB bandwidth, VPS Ram atleast 128 MB & how much domains I able to host within my budget? data backed up daily? Can I resell space ? How many IP(s) provide to me by any hosting company within this budget?Is there a choice for OS ? Which control panels are available for me?

From what you said I think you would feel great on the reseller account, with 2Gb of Ram, 10Gb of disk space and 100 Gb of disk space for $10mo. Look at reselling plans offered at the forum, the numbers I mentioned are from Webhostingbuzz.com plans advertised here.
