Hosting package help

I found a Web Hosting package that looks cheap and affordable.
Here are the specifications i'm looking at:

-500MB Web Space
-3 GB Bandwidth/mo
-cPanel 9.3.0-C4
-20 POP3 Email Accounts
-10 Autoresponders
-10 Mailing Lists
-$0 Setup Fee
-$5.50/mo

Is this Package worth buying? Please tell me if this packages is good value for money, and if I've posted this in the wrong forum, please forgive me.

So what should I be getting for $5.50 worth of hosting then?

Am I not getting good enough hosting?

I didn't say that. What i was trying to get accross is that the most important 'feature' is reliabilty and a good reputation.

To me, i would pay double to get those.

Okay, is there anything else relevant I should be looking out for in the package that isn't mentioned on the top? Should I look for how many MySQL Databases are offered etc? If so, what would be a reasonable number that I should be getting?
