I am looking into starting a hosting company. I want to start with a Windows Reseller account. I would like a user friendly control panel. I have 10 domains that need to be hosted now. My budget is 25.00 per month.

I would recommend http://interhostuk.net they are an actual ISP with servers both in the usa and uk and the customer service and speed is second to none. They have windows on the plesk server however you would need to email them for it.

Ive tried a lot of hosting companys and they are cheap and still offer the quality.
