Im looking for a host who could offer us Free hosting.

About us:
Were an Online racing team, we take part in international competitions in various different racing simulation games. The team is made up of well known (in our community) American/Canadian and European drivers, and we regularly compete against teams from around the globe, which occasionally means 4am races to beat the Aussies, but its all part of the fun.
Because its only a 'clan' site, and the competitions we enter are only for 'bragging rights' we dont generate any funds to pay for hosting or our own servers to hold races (not part of the request though), it would all have to come out of our own pocket, and i was wondering if any generous people/companies would be able to offer us free hosting.

Ideally, i'd be looking for the following items for hosting:
500 Mb Storage
5 GB bandwidth /month
50 POP3 email accounts
5 Sub Domains
5+ MySQL Database
PHPMyAdmin
Password Protected Directories
Cpanel
Fantastico
Daily Backups
and all the normal toys etc
No Pop-up or Banner adds (V. Important)

What we can offer in return:
In return for the hosting, we can offer some advertising which will be read by many of the people in our community (not great, but approx 2000+ p/m).
Also, if a host could offer more storage (750-1000mb) and any other useful goodies like that, i could even arrange for advertising to be placed onto the teams race car skins, meaning that over 100,000 racers will see your company name. Ideally we'd like to keep the teams skins as they are, but we would be willing to do this as more storage would be beneficial to us.
The Domain is being purchased in the next couple of days, and hosting would be needed within 7 days so that we can start the launch of the team.
