You might want to give some more details of the organisation. Also, did i read correctly that you want your potential sposor (because thats what your asking i think) to pay for the domain name as well?

To be honest i think you are being too optimistic if you think they will buy your domain as well but even if you did find a host that would do that i would strongly suggest aganst it.

If you are going to build a website of any kind you need to be in control of your domain name. What would happen if you had a fall out with this host? They would own the domain and you would not be able to do anything to get control of it...

Imagine spending months getting links and building up a good amount of traffic just to have your host take the domain name back.

A domain name is like your house, would you want a stranger to be the owner?

Domain names are very cheap and you should buy your own and then go looking for a host that might give you some free space.

Post Re :

Some ISPs offer free web hosting.

Free web hosting is best suited for small sites with low traffic, like personal sites. It is not recommended for high traffic or for real business. Technical support is often limited, and technical options are few.

Very often you cannot use your own domain name at a free site. You have to use a name provided by your host like http://www.freesite.com/users/~yoursite.htm. This is hard to type, hard to remember, and not very professional.
