Am looking for a new reseller plan because my old host is having a lot of downtimes the last half year. Having 4GB/40GB, cpanel for $10/m. Have been their more than 2 years.

Am now willing to move on and get a new hosting company I can have for a couple of years.

I think you would be lucky to find all that for only $12 per month. Perhaps that is the reason why your current host has a lot of downtime?

You may need to pay more than this to get a better quality service.
