Colocation Server Work
Colocation customers receive 30 minutes of basic server work/month. This time can be used for the following. Hardware upgrades, OS Upgrades (ex; going from Red Hat 7.2 to 9.0), Emergency server work, such as making your server accessible by the internet after a crash. Any questions regarding what is covered, please contact us.
After your 30 minutes time are used for that month, you will be billed $20/hour for above support. This support must be prepaid, and time can be carried over to the next month.

I hope I am not too late but here is the information on our Co-location facilities:

There are two combinations. First, is to purchase a U with a monthly throughput (i.e. GB), or second, a commit rate to a number of Mbps. Just a side note, 1Mbps pushes around 328GB a month. So if you are going to push a lot of throughput it is cheaper to go with a commit rate. Below are our prices and information on our facilities:
