China, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Iran.
Not higher than 150 USD per month. Payment via e-gold.
The approximate configuration:
Pentium4 3 Ghz or equal.
512 mB. RAM
HDD starting from 80 Gb.
Bandwidth 1 Tb per month.

What really makes you want dedicated from the countries you mentioned? Physical access to the dc? I mean I always thought it's more expensive there than in the NA. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Ahosting.biz doesn't seem to be in any of the countries mentioned by the OP.

Ipserverone seems to be Malaysia-based, company, are their servers based their their as well? If the servers are USA-located, it makes no difference from suggested above ahosting apart from the language issue if that's a problem.

You should contact http://www.serverintellect.com/hosti...owsserver2008/ -they are a terrific web hosting company. We have been extremely happy with them -- and they were one of the first to offer Windows Server 2008 'Longhorn' on all Dedicated Servers. The upgrades have been very advantageous.

I am once again looking for a small dedicated server. I had one for a few months at godaddy and while it was good, Godaddy offers no percentage of support beyond canned responses.

I am looking at either ServerBeach.com or the former RackShack (ev1servers) - does anyone have experience with either of those two? My shared host has a lot of problems - Vizaweb anyone? They have been hacked, their servers are screwy and just are not able to keep up like they once did.

Hosting Matters, Inc. - Web Hosting, Domain Hosting and Dedicated Servers, Domain Names, Reseller Hosting are very good when it comes to support and technical issues - in fact they are the company which hosts this website.

Whenever i have had any issues the support email me straight back - sometimes in a matter of minutes.

When i updated this forum to one of the latest versions there was an odd error and they even spent several hours installing the update for me at no extra cost.
I was so happy that i offered them some free advertising on here but they said it was ok and that they always support all clients the same and i did not owe them anything.

They are based in the USA - not China if that still matters but if you want a host that goes beyond the norm in support - i highly recommend them.

They are more like techy enthusiasts than the usual business type and i feel that is worth its weight in gold.
