Looking for dedicated hosting w/VLAN

Need a service that can provide vlan capability for a minimum of 3 servers and grow without needing to renumber my machines.

anyone have anything out there affordable and with good bandwidth?

1 of the servers i would like throttled at 1-2 mbit the others would be normal.

For dedicated ip hosting thewebpole.com is really good.It provide 8GB RAM speed,bandwidth,database and emails all good.Since providing with unique address no other account holder are able to access.Capacity of the server can be updated whenever needed in webpole.
