Maybe this post would be better suited in the hosting requests section of the forum just some advice.

Also, is the material you will be hosting your own? If not you could have some serious issues with copyright, so ensure you own the material you plan to host to save the long-term headache.

Well, you can never go wrong with ix web hosting. They even offer a lot of packages you can choose from. What I like about them is their versatility with the services they offer. Some other hosts boast that they are great with forums while others work well with file sharing, but sometimes you never get to pick one that offers 2 services that you need most. So you have to sacrifice either one.
