web host pref with vBulletin (Leased License)

I wish to have a web host that can offer me vBulletin (Leased License)
with a hosting package, I can pay $8-10 a month extra for VB, I dont need much space, if you can offer me such a hosting package, you can contact me on msn msg

Not a very popular pick with our customers, but it's an interesting proposal.

I'll tell you though, if you take a look at vBulletin's pricing breakdown, you could just as well lease a license directly at that price
