Looking for *reliable* reseller hosting

Hello,

We are now since 4.5 years with one and the same hosting company and don't get what was promised so I guess it is time to move on.

We are only after someone reliable with email *and* phone support (not someone sitting at home managing third party the hosting for us remotely).
Server software should be *nix based.
We require our own nameservers and a few IP's where SSL is set up (not charged on a monthly basis).
We currently have around 70 accounts (constantly growing) with more than 150 domains (half of them are DNS'ed to the main domains (eg. domain.com.au is DNS'ed to domain.com).
Our recent bandwidth avg is 25 GB / month and the current monthly disk usage is 4 gigs.
The server should be US based.

Please do not reply or email us if your business is not established since at least 4 years.

Sorry for these conditions but we are after a long term business relationship and don't want to change again in a few months after finding out that we don't get what was promised.
