Site Transfers
We will transfer your site from another host for free if the old host utilizes cPanel. In other cases, we will quote you a reasonable price on the transfer and when you can expect the transfer to be completed.
Script Installations and Support
With the addition of Installatron, most php scripts are already ready to be installed through your cPanel account for free. The most popular installation that is ready to go is Magento Shopping Cart. Were you using Fantastico previously? No worries, Installatron also can import a previous install of a script that it supports with just the location of install and the database information.
We will install a 3rd party script for you for a quoted fee based on the difficulty of installation, compliance with TOS and AUP, and compatibility with server environment. Most php scripts will only cost $20 to install but could be more or less depending on the situation. You would just email support to inquire about the installation.
With the addition of script installs, we also offer free script support, but only to a certain extent. We understand that sometimes it may be hard to get in contact with the script developer or receive help from forums. We will work with you as far as our knowledge extends. Only if the situation is out of our hands, we will ask you to contact your script developer. This is just another benefit of being a customer with TopQHost.
