I do like the moving sky effect done in flash. Apart from that the design is a little unusual but it screamed design more than anything else. It doesn't give an impression of the type of company i would use if i wanted custom programming for example but i might consider it for banner designs or small graphics.

I think your biggest problem will be obtaining traffic to the site. I don't expect you will be getting any traffic from the search engines because the pages have not be optimized to rank well. Even if it was optimized for good placement it is unlikely you would obtain any good listings for key searches, such as "web design" or "website design", since there is just too many websites competiting for those terms.

However, as a search engine speBanned-Keywordt i would advise you to atleast do some basic research into SEO and go for some less obscure keywords to obtain some traffic. If you were based in Florida for example - you might try something like "Florida Web Design".

This could bring in some potential customers, especially since many clients will want their web design firm to be local so that they can talk personally to you about projects, etc.
