What's customized template? Does it mean it has been modified to meet your needs? I haver also seen Sibername.com special offer: they give you a free template $75 value if you buy a hosting plan from them.

I couldn't find any prices on the website offered by the OP, as for the second company SiberName.com, in their turnkey website decision they seem to offer not free template set, each one is about $60, is it a good price?
