Another Template -- Beach Template, Make Offer

Well, i hate to make double posts in one day. But i just have them sitting around. Most i did for fun, others for companies that i never sold. This has never been sold before, and will never be sold once it is sold. Make an offer on it, and we will negotiate.

It's only a screen shot, so don't fret if you cant click links. It will be customized to your liking before it is sold. I may even throw in some flash for free. And if you need it, maybe a news script (which will cost more).

Well, seeing as no one is interested. Ive updated the site with a nice little news script. You can post news directly to the main page. Including this with the site, will run a bit more. But as you already know, make an offer.
