Whats the spec of your computer?

If your going to buy a new operating system i would scrap windows 95 and go with either 98,2000 or xp if your computer has enough memory to handle that.

Maybe its time to upgrade your computer or buy a new computer.

You can get some fairly powerful computers now very cheap, especially second hand - then go for windows xp operating system.

Windows 95 is just too old - thats like almost 10 years ago.
Its time to move on.
