How can I access pc with attached printer in a network?

I don't know how to solve this kind of problem in my office workstations There is one PC with attached printer on it and all other workstations access that PC to be able to print. But there are times that some workstation can't access that PC with attached printer.

If the PC that has the printer connected is turned off or is offline you will not be able to print until is turned back on or the network issue is fixed. There are network printers you can purchase which are stand alone solutions that do not need a host computer to share the printer with.
