no audio device, please, please help!

hi guys, im new here, and im going crazy.

i have no audio device on my cpu. im trying to locate the correct driver to dl but i have no idea what to look for. im fairly new when it comes to cpu problems.

i have no idea what info to post here so u guys can help me out. but, here goes nothing....
