I've been trying out traffic swarm.. they haven't directed 1000's of hits to me yet, but they will direct some traffic to your site, or any site of your choosing if you just look at a few ads a day, whenever you want. they've advertised my site over 250 times in just a few weeks and i haven't paid a dime. you can try them out here:
