[Hiring] Freelance Web designer (DIMDIGITAL)

DIMDIGITAL (www.dimdigital.com) is looking to expand our web design team and add a few new young and talented web designers.

Someone who checks their email 3+ times a day.

(2) Good HTML designing skills

(3) Creative and stylish image manipulation skills

(4) Some flash skills is desired but not required.

(5) Proficiency in Php programming is a definite plus but not required.

(6) Proficiency in Sql database querying is a definite plus but not required.

You can view our portofolio on our website to see what quality of work we are looking for.

Job description:

Since those hired will be joining a team of other designers the number of projects that will be relayed to this person is dependant on the need and matched with the designers skill. Thus freelancers are preferred, someone who could still keep in contact and stand at ready even after say a month or so of not being assigned a project. Thus its best to view this as a part time position (and not a FULL time position) something you can do and still continue doing your other projects that you do for your clients. Each designer will communicate with a customer representative who will relay project details to them. The services we offer to our clients are webdesign, image manipulations, logo creation, banner creation, and custom template creation. Only serious and highly talented applicants need apply.

Money:

In terms of payment the designer recieves 50% of the profit from each project they work on. Though we have a team of designers each designer works solo on their individual projects, thus having a wide base of skills, graphics, flash, php increases ones chance of being selected for future projects.

Applying:

Each applicant will asked to show previous work that displays their very best skills.
