Competition! Web Hosting Certificate Graphic

As you may or may not know, the last few steps are in place to finally finish this web hosting directory. Soon we will have a fully searchable database of web hosting and web design companies. One of the services we will be providing is a ping test that when passed will enable web hosting companies to display a hosting certificate on their websites.

I am offering $120 to the person who can design a certificate that i decide to use on the directory. I need something very professional looking.
This competition is ongoing, please place examples on this thread . The competition will end when i see a certificate that i want to use.

Competition rules and payment . The winner of the competition must be willing to sign over the full copyright of the design. I will write the contract which you must sign and post to me. Once i have recieved the copyright contract i will then post a cheque back. The copyright contract will only pass on the copyright of the design once payment has been recieved.

This competition will be run on several forums. I will keep you updated on all the forums it is being run on. The winner will be announced on all forums.

The Certificate
I am not completely sure how i want the certificate to look which is one reason for this competition. If possible i would like www.hostcompanies.com to be included in the design. Something like "Server Pass!"... "Certificate"... but you can be creative. As for colors.. i want some kind of color system that would look good with most websites, since the certificate will be displayed on all different web hosting sites. The best thing is to imagine how you would want a certificate to look if you owned your own web hosting company. It needs to look professional and clean that it will apeal to web hosting companies enough for them to display it. I have found some certificate examples on the net but they are not great examples. Something of around the same size or perhaps a little bigger would be about right. Below are the examples:

These examples are not great but they give you some idea of what i want. The certficate can be a different shape or style... your imagination is the limit.

It is vector graphics, so it can be any size you want. I decided to make it yellow because that will fit on any layout.

However, I will make you several color versions of it if you want or need them.

Please notice the file size as well, its under 15kb! and thats at the highest quality rendering of it. - quite a good filesize.

Well, I'm not a designer or anything, but here's my simple graphic:

One nice thing is that it's still legible at pretty small sizes.

To be honest i don't really like any of them so far. The two examples are only to show a certificate - the designs don't have to be copys of them. Personally i hate the big tick which a lot of people have included on their entries in the other forums running the competition.

The type of certificate i want is something that wouldnt look out of place on the hompage of a large hosting company like interland. I have been playing with the idea of maybe a globe of some sort in the middle of the certificate... but its really down to your imagination.

Sorry to be fussy, but remember this thing will be used on a lot of hosting companies websites so it must look very sleak , clean and professional.

I tried to make something very clean. Obviously you would want to use it in a smaller size, but I made it a bit bigger so you could play around with the size if you wanted.

And with the text straight. It's completely resizable (I have the fireworks .png saved on my computer, so I can make adjustments as well such as remove the orange around the text if you wish).

Hopefully soon. My programmer has had some personal problems recently so i can't say. Its virtually finished... just one last little bit needed and a final bug test.

Then i need a couple of weeks to integrate it into the site. I can't do anything until my programmer gets back to me.

What size does it need to be? what colors? what exactly do you want made?
