No its a subdomain or third level domain and has no value for two reasons.

1. Microsfot will simply sue you for using it, and win.
2. You never actually own it (as much as you ever own a domain) because it is controlled by the domain owner of web.com

If your thinking about buying this domain i would seriously take a wide birth since mircrosoft could sue and would win. They own the copyright to the word microsoft.
Seriously long have gone since the days of buying domain names to sell and make a fortune, after business.com sold for six million there was a big surge in domain name buying. Sadly most names were never sold for a good profit. All the good names are taken and that trend has died with the dinasours.

The easiest way to make money online now is to build a good website with some decent original content and use a third party advertising agent like google. Even then it is not easy.
