I would have thought.. maybe someones house, when they are taken to court for copyright infringment. I don't think microsoft would be too happy about this domain name to be honest.

NO KIDDING??? HMM...WELL ITS AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET AND I BOUGHT IT................. I DONT KNOW ANY POLICIES!

What am i suppose to do with this domain now? I WISH they can refund my money.

You won't be able to get a refund if you brought the domain name yourself from a registry - if you were the person who originally registered it. I would just wait for the domain to expire and do not use it with any websites that you make. Knowone is going to buy this domain from you as it's pretty serious to infringe on the copyright of any company, especially a company like mircrosoft.

But can you see their point? They would not want anyone to make a website with the name mircrosoft in it because that can be concieved as belonging to them and could impact on their reputation. If they found out about any website with the word microsoft in it i would be very surprised if the threat of legal action was warned or even taken.

Sorry... but thats just the simple truth.
