You know, it is not an easy thing to find domain reseller which you can rely on, but my personal experience proves that webhostgiant.com, a2hosting.com and lunarpages.com will offer you really cheap domain registration and moreover, they has attractive hosting plans and the price for them is affordable. So, you can compare their offers and pick up the best option for you.

Thanks for thrying to help me. But I need domain name registrars which offre reseller accounts, not resellers themselves

I use www.dotstrar.com for my domain reseller, very good over there.
