I see now godaddy is very popular but I have never heard reviews about them as resellers

Try also contacting sibername.com. This canadian reistrar is among my favourite due to their quality and professional level.

I agree with Godaddy,enom are best registrar of domains.And if you need to resell the domain names get domain from the goresellers.com Before that you can also know the appraisal for the domains(if it is an existing domain names) from the website zippozap.com for free of cost.
